Our cattle are raised Naturally on our ranch of gently rolling green meadows in southeastern Oklahoma.
They NEVER are given growth hormones, steroids, or routine antibiotics.
They graze tender Oklahoma grass in the summer and eat hay and grass in the winter.

The meat is tender, nutritious, flavorful, lean, and low in fat.
It is dry-aged for optimum flavor, taste and tenderness,
bringing restaurant quality to you door.
